Video: how drinks companies created demand for bottled water

This was all part of the drinks industry's ploy to create demand for something nobody really needed - bottled water. It's pleasing to see that this has now come full circle and we're starting to think that tap water might actually be too good for showers and washing dishes.
For hardcore water industry types, this film is a bit obvious, but it's good to show other people and still interesting to see how drinks companies completely created the demand for bottled water.
Did the war on tap water remind anyone else of Hildon's awful top trumps style leaflet pitting bottled water against tap?
