North of the border they are going literally bananas for Pod, the environmentally friendly, peat-free compost produced
at Scottish Water’s Cumbernauld facility. Recently, it has been recycling tonnes of bananas into compost equivalent. Green MSP Patrick Harvie is pictured getting down and dirty.
