Hazel Burlison, a customer adviser at Northumbrian Water, raises the banner before leaving the UK to climb Mount Kilimanjaro to raise money for international charity WaterAid. She and husband Glyn trained for a year before flying out to Africa on Christmas Eve and the final push to bag the summit of the snow-capped 19,000 footer in Tanzania.
