Having a ball:

They didn’t need much persuading. The All That Jazz Water Aid Ball organised by Anglian Water raised a tidy sum for the international charity recently. More than 300 black-tied water company staff, suppliers, contractors and their guests boogied the night away at the Paramount Hotel in Daventry. National Lottery commentator Alan Dedicoat was master of ceremonies for the night. And the winner was definitely WaterAid, which benefited to the tune of £112,000. The region had already raised £90,000 for the international charity since the beginning of the year so that total has now gone well beyond £200,000. And it’s not March yet.
