Budding Jamie Olivers are being taught the best way to dispose of waste fats, oils and grease. Anglian Water has launched a campaign for catering students to be more aware about how to avoid the build-up of waste FOG (fat, oils and grease) in commercial kitchens. The campaign kicked off at a student-run restaurant at Lincoln College.
