Freedom G-Map are seeking to recruit experienced Land Surveyors throughout the UK the roles are responsible to the G-Map General Manager. The main job purpose is to achieve the company objectives, in line with the corporate strategy and vision.
Main Job Content
The main function of the role will be working in conjunction with utility tracers and GPR operators to collect topographical and utility data in order to produce detailed CAD drawings.
Ideally you will have a relevant qualification and experience.
You will be competent with Leica surveying equipment, including Robotic Total Stations; you will already have good field experience in land survey, using current practices.
Knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable and some experience with utilities infrastructure would be a benefit.
Competency: Skills/Knowledge/Experience
Experience Land/Topographical Surveying
Use of AutoCAD or Microstation
Experience in the use of Leica Surveying Equipment
IT literate
Minimum 3-5 years land surveying experience
