Bulgaria plans outsource moves for water supply![]() A delegation from the German Water Association (DWA), has reportedly been in Bulgaria to provide the eastern European country with a helping hand in penning the rules for public-private partnerships. The Regional Development and Public Works Ministry was aiming to attract investment to the country's struggling water sector by signing concession contracts with water and sewerage operators, The sector is said to need investment totalling €3-4 billion.
