ScottishPower cuts gas prices by 8 per cent ScottishPower has announced gas price cuts, the last of the big six to do so. The company will reduce prices by an average of 8 per cent from 31 March, which equate to average customer savings £66 per annum. According to the firm some of its dual fuel customers could make savings of up to £382 by changing the way they pay and managing their account online. Around 60,000 vulnerable customers who use electricity to heat their homes will also receive a £50 winter rebate by the end of March, the company claimed.
