Olympic Park burst main cuts off thousands of Thames Water customers

Thousands of Thames Water customers in east London lost of water supply or suffered reduced water pressure on Friday following a burst on a large water main at the Olympic Park.
Thames said on Friday: "Water pressure is starting to increase across the area. Due to the size of the area affected, water pressure may not return to normal levels until later this afternoon".
The firm apologised for "any inconvenience caused".
