Utility Week features editor returns Karma Ockenden has returned to pick up the reins as Utility Week features editor after a second spell of maternity leave. Now the mother of Hope, four, and Leo, one, Karma has enjoyed a smooth transition back to work thanks to the thoroughness of freelance journalist Kathy Oxtoby, who covered the features desk while Karma was on leave.
